The Refundable Security Deposit is only a temporary hold on the accepted card. Return the car without missing fuel, fines or charges, and the deposit will be returned to your account. Once you return the car without toll charges, fines or missing fuel the deposit will be returned to your account.

25 to 99 years.
Young driver's age: 21 to 24 years. Charge 19.99 EUR per day. Maximum 199.9 EUR. Includes 21% tax
Customers who fall outside the age limitations will not be able to hire a car unless there is a young or senior driver fee specified in this section. Please note that if applicable, this fee will be included in the rental price and will be payable on arrival at the rental desk in the local currency.

Cross border rentals and territorial restrictions
Territorial restrictions
The vehicle selection can restrict travel to certain countries. For a description of these restrictions on admission, the countries are divided into three zones.
Zone 1: Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Gibraltar, Great Britain, Ireland, Italy, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, San Marino, Sweden, Switzerland, Spain and Vatican
Zone 2: Croatia, Czech Republic*, Estonia, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland*, Slovakia and Slovenia
Zone 3: All countries which are not in zone 1 or 2.
Jaguar, Land Rover, Maserati, Tesla and Porsche passenger cars and all convertibles are only permitted in zone 1. Audi, BMW, Volvo, Mercedes-Benz and Volkswagen passenger cars are only permitted in zone 1 and in countries marked with * in zone 2. Passenger cars of all other makes have access to zones 1 and 2.
Access to countries in zone 3 is not permitted for any vehicle whatsoever.
The local transport of the vehicle by ferry is permitted in compliance with the above-mentioned entry restrictions. Damage to the vehicle during the crossing will be covered according to the protection booked in the rental contract.
In the event of a breach of the conditions for journeys abroad, all limitations of liability shall lose their validity. Only the protection from the liability insurance in accordance with the conditions of the international insurance card remains valid.
Charges when traveling abroad
A fee is charged for permission to travel abroad in accordance with the above-mentioned territorial restrictions. This fee is in addition to the one-way fee in case of a one-way rental.
